螺旋板式换热器

    螺旋板式换热器是由2 张平行的薄钢板卷制而成的,它有2 个互相隔开的螺旋形通道,在预热器的中心,有1 块中心隔板,在隔板的两侧设有管口,进入这两管口的流体可沿螺旋线分别通过两个不同的通道导入冷却器最外层左右两侧的管口。在用螺旋板式预热器预热电解液时,电解液和冷凝水通过各自通道两侧共用的壁面传递热量。由于在螺旋板预热器中,电解液和冷凝水的流速比在列管式预热器中要高得多,传热系数可达2400~3500kJ / m2.h.℃。螺旋板式预热器的优点:传热系数高,占地面积小,性能优良;缺点是电解碱液的腐蚀使螺旋板预热器易发生碱脆,泄漏检修困难。

     列管式电解液预热器应用比较普遍,通常卧式放置,电解液走管内,冷凝水走管间,逆流方式,为了提高两种流体的流速,在管程和壳程均有程间隔板,管程数常为4~6 程,壳程中约间隔30~50cm 设置一块程间隔板。使用冷凝水的电解液预热器的传热系数不高,约600~1000kJ / m2.h.℃。列管换热器的优点:结构简单,维修方便,价格低廉;缺点也较突出:传热系数低,体积较庞大,需耗用较多的金属材料。
